Buying a hockey helmet online can be a daunting task. Questions are always asked on how GoalieParts can get the fit right on, as when you go to the store you can try on 20 helmets and they still don't fit perfect. We pride ourselves on getting the perfect fit every time for every customer. Our process includes getting a head measurement, finding out what mask the player is in now, what the size that helmet is, what issues they are having with the fit, and getting a picture of the player in the current mask straight on. They say a picture is worth 1,000 words and it can't be more true with this. We have some of the most comfortable adjustable masks on the market with the ability to pad multiple ways to tweak the fit. We also have a ton of different mold sizes. We will not put a 7 year old in a mask shell that an adult would wear and have 2" thick padding, we want you to be happy and protected.  

We will GUARANTEE that your mask fits and you are happy with it. If there are any issues, we ask you contact us immediately to work with us to find that perfect fit. We will help you adjust it via email, text, message, or video. For any reason, within 10 days of receiving your mask, you are able to return for a 100% refund with the exception of shipping charges, we just ask that you work with us to find the perfect fit.  

CAGES:

All of the cages we sell are guaranteed to fit the masks listed in the descriptions. Please contact us at dk@goalieparts.com with any questions in regards to getting the correct cage for your mask. If for some instance the cage you order does not fit one of the masks in the descriptions, please contact us immediately and send pictures. We will replace or refund your money at our cost if a cage does not fit one of the masks listed in the description of the purchased cage. If you buy the wrong cage or would like to return a cage for any reason, we will accept the return minus any powdercoating fees and a $6 restocking fee.  



Warranty: 

OTNY Masks: 

All OTNY masks regardless of model come with a manufactures LIFETIME warranty on the composite portions of the shell and backplate and 30 day warranty on paint. A valid warranty claim will be from manufactures defect and are at the sole discretion and determination of OTNY. OTNY masks are designed to be used in a high level of hockey and this warranty does not include regular wear and tear or damage that is determined at OTNY's discretion to be excessive, abusive, or intentional. Straps, hardware, padding, or any other portion of the mask other than the composite portions are not covered under this warranty. Any modification of the helmet other than paint or wrap from our certified painters/wrapper voids this warranty. OTNY must be notified within 10 days from the first notice of damage. OTNY makes the determination on all warranty claims and the determination is final. OTNY has the option at its discretion to repair or replace the approved warranty claim. Shipping the mask to OTNY will be at the responsibility of the claimant. The sales receipt indicating the claimant is the original owner must accompany the mask in the return to OTNY. Please contact us if you would like to file a warranty claim. 

CAGES:

The cages we sell are from the same manufacture and stock as the cages that are used in the NHL and pro leagues around the world. The cages are made with this in mind and are true pro-stock cages. They are made of 305 Cold Rolled Canadian Made Steel and made exclusively in Canada. Every batch of steel is independently tested for its strenght.  This however does not make them unbendable. While they are some of the strongest on the market, they will bend on occasion when a direct shot is taken to them. The bending actually reduces the amount of energy that is transferred to your face and when a cage bends and doesn't break your face, it is actually doing its job.  

BLADES : 

The Blades we sell are warrantied from breakage for one year from the purchase date. To file a warranty claim please contact us directly. Shipping back to the manufacture is the responsibility of the claimant. Both blades must be sent and a new set will be sent out. Please contact us for details in filing a claim.
