Starting off with the visual look, the G-Netik X has an attractive graphic with creative color zones been seen previously on the G-Netik IV Blocker. These designs are made up to mentally increase how this blocker looks to the shooter, thus playing a little mind game and potentially distracting shooters from seeing places to shoot.
Next on the face of the blocker, an HD Board covers the entire face of the blocker and comes to a beveled nose which not only will help the goalie in their stance but allow a tighter seal on the ice when in an RVH or paddle down position and also when closing up for in tight shots aimed toward the goaltenders hips.
Around on the side is extended HD protection with a bindingless sidewall design that will help first with the protection in the sidewall area but also increase durability and prevent wear with the bindingless design. On the inside with the thumb you can find a removable thumb pillow that will provide extra protection from odd shots and saves while adding comfort when holding a stick.
Finally on to the strapping of the G-Netik X Blocker, a sidewall anchor strap is fully adjustable and is designed to pull the sidewall toward the hand of the goalie, creating stability in through the blocker design. Underneath is a Velcro strap across the wrist for quick and easy adjustments.
