Returns and Exchanges

If something went wrong with your order, we'd like to make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items not listed below may be returned within 15 days of delivery date.
  • Personalized, closeout, sale, or custom item(s) cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged. For Helmets please see our Fit Guarantee. 
  • All items will need a return authorization number (see "Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)" below).
  • Item(s) must be unused and in original condition. All original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, documentation, and accessories must be returned, as well.
  • If your order was broken in shipment or if items are defective, our customer care department will assist you with a replacement.
  • Unless the return is due to our shipping error, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping charges. 
  • Shipping charges must be prepaid on all returned shipments and we recommend that you insure all returned packages for your protection. We are not responsible for return shipments that are lost, pilfered, or damaged.
  • Once each item is inspected and approved we will issue a refund for the value of the item, including any applicable taxes. 
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We reserve the right to withhold refunds for item(s) that are returned in unsalable condition.
  • Items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. 


Order Cancelation Policy

  • Any order may be canceled prior to shipping.
  • Once a personal or custom item production has been started, to cancel an order, there will be a 10% cancelation fee. NO EXCEPTIONS. 
  • Paypal refunds will incur a charge of 5% + $0.30 as Paypal now charges for any return of funds. 

How to Return Your Item(s)

1. Request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)

All merchandise returns require a return authorization number (RAN). Any returns received without an authorization number can be refused. To request an RAN, please call or email our Customer Care team. 


Please provide following information:
  • Your order number (located in your confirmation emails)
  • A description of the item(s) you wish to return
  • Reason for the return

2. Send the items back to us

  • Package the items in the original shipment packaging
  • Write your RAN on the outside of the box

We ask that you send your items back within 5 days of receiving the RAN. Your return will be processed as quickly as possible but may take up to 7 business days. The time that it takes for a "credit" to appear on your monthly statement varies by credit card company. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear.

Please note that all returns must be complete, in original and resalable condition, with all original boxes and packing materials. We reserve the right to refuse a return on any product that does not meet these requirements.


How to Cancel an Order

1. Please log into your Goalieparts account. 

2. Find the order you wish to return and click "Return Items" 

3. Next, please specify the Qty To ReturnReturn Reason, and Return Action

4. After submitting the request, you will see the Return Instructions and receive a confirmation email once approved.
