    Product Description

    Stainless Steel Non Certified Cheater replacement cage for a Bauer Profile 961, 960, 960XPM, 951, 950, 950X, 941, 940, 940X,NME ONE and some Fusion goalie masks. Double middle bar.

     
    Stainless cages ship within 1 business day. Colors take 1-2 weeks to ship as they are done to order. Please contact us if you have a color request that is not listed as there are limitless options. 
     
    Hardware not included. Premium Mask Replacement hardware is offered at a discount price when purchasing a cage. This kit includes 6 stainless steel clips, 6 stainless steel screws, 5 low carbon zinc snap screws, 11 posts, 6 HD Neoprene Washers, and 5 Plastic Washers. Please see helmet parts section for a complete description with pictures.

      Best cage I’ve ever owned, only reason I bought a second one was because the paint kept chipping off, but if you get chrome that wouldn’t be a problem.

      Thick metal, and the sight lines are great so far. I haven’t taken any pucks to the cage yet but I feel very protected. It was harder to put on than I thought it would be but it does fit properly on my Bauer 940. 5 stars

      Solid cage, better vision than a cat eye

      The cheater cage has incredible vision, better than a cat eye IMO. It also has better coverage for safety. The cage is solid. I used rubber washers on the top sides to secure the cage.

      I'd used a cats-eye cage for 30 years. Then the statistically improbable happened and a stick blade made its way through. Luckily, it just scratched my nose. I decided the risk wasn't worth it for beer league hockey so I got this cage. Love it. The sight lines are virtually the same as my cats-eye. Top-notch construction.
