OTNY/Sportmask warrants that our masks are free from defects in material or workmanship in the composite parts of the mask (Shell & Backplate) for a period of one year and paint for 30 days from the initial date of delivery to the original purchaser. OTNY/Sportmask disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the affected portion only. The product and accessories should be maintained, according to the instructions, to extend product life and this warranty. Although this limited warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights, which vary from state to state or providence to providence. A valid warranty claim will be from manufactures defect and are at the sole discretion and determination of OTNY/Sportmask. OTNY/Sportmask masks are designed to be used in a high level of hockey and this warranty does not include regular wear and tear or damage that is determined at OTNY/Sportmask’s discretion to be normal, excessive, abusive, or intentional. Straps, hardware, padding, or any other portion of the mask other than the composite portions are not covered under this warranty. Any modification of the helmet other than paint or wrap from our certified painters/wrappers void this warranty. OTNY/Sportmask must be notified within 10 days from the first notice of damage. OTNY/Sportmask makes the determination on all warranty claims and the determination is final. OTNY/Sportmask has the option at its discretion to repair or replace the approved warranty claim. Shipping the mask to OTNY/Sportmask will be at the responsibility of the claimant. If the product is under warranty it will be repaired or replaced with no charge for labor or materials.

 

 

The cages we sell are from the same manufacturer and stock as the cages that are used in the NHL and pro leagues around the world. The cages are made with this in mind and are true pro-stock cages. They are made of 305 Cold Rolled Canadian Made Steel and made exclusively in Canada. Every batch of steel is independently tested for its strength.  However does not make them unbendable. While they are some of the strongest on the market, they will bend on occasion when a direct shot is taken to them. The bending actually reduces the amount of energy that is transferred to your face and when a cage bends and doesn't break your face, it is actually doing its job.  

 

 

 

The Blades we sell are warrantied from breakage for one year from the purchase date. To file a warranty claim please contact us directly. Shipping back to the manufacturer is the responsibility of the claimant. Both blades must be sent and a new set will be sent out. Please contact us for details on filing a claim. 

 

 

ALL PROTECTIVE GOAL EQUIPMENT PRODUCTS (GOAL PADS, GOAL GLOVES, GOAL CHEST & ARM AND GOAL PANTS) MANUFACTURED OR DISTRIBUTED BY BRIAN’S CUSTOM SPORTS SHALL BE WARRANTIED TO BE FREE OF ANY AND ALL MANUFACTURING DEFECTS UNDER NORMAL USE AND MAINTENANCE FOR A PERIOD OF SIX (6) MONTHS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. BRIANS GOAL STICKS ARE NOT COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY POLICY. ANY ISSUES DEMMED TO BE THE RESULT OF ABUSE, IMPROPER OR INCIDENTAL WEAR (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO SKATE CUTS, WEAR FROM DRAGGING, OR NON-AUTHORIZED REPAIR OR ALTERATION). IN THE EVENT YOU HAVE A CLAIM UNDER OUR WARRANTY POLICY PLEASE RETURN THE PRODUCT WITH YOUR ORIGINAL RECEIPT TO THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE FOR RETURN AND INSPECTION BY BRIAN’S CUSTOM SPORTS. BRIAN’S CUSTOM SPORTS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REPAIR OR REPLACE, IN OUR OPINION, ANY PRODUCTS CONSIDERED DEFECTIVE.

How to Make a Claim:

1. Return to the original place of purchase with the product in question and the original proof of purchase.

2. The retailer will make the original determination if the product falls within the warranty and deems the product to defective and will work with BRIAN’S CUSTOM SPORTS to determine the best course of action.

3. All items returned must have a Return Authorization Number or they will not be accepted.
